1:1 training is auto-debited until you cancel or decide to stop working with me.

  1. Access to the Konquer Fit App, where your entire training program is designed and implemented. All measurements, personal bests, and training goals can be tracked.
  2. If you require days off for travel, workouts will be programmed and trackable.
  3. You can access messenger within the app to communicate directly with me.

Have some friends that you like to workout with? Great! This option is for you. Small group training is designed for two to four people. This also reduces the cost for each individual involved for the hour session. Let’s get to work!
