Chad Crotts

I have been working out off and on for years since I was a small kid. Truth be told, I didn’t grow up an athlete, and I really had no clue what I was doing then.

In my early 20’s I became more consistent. When I was 27 I ended up going back to school to gain a degree in a field where I could help people with their health.

I personal trained at St. Ambrose University while obtaining my bachelors degree in Exercise Science. After graduating, I immediately started training at a friends CrossFit gym, where I remained for five years in addition to performing exercise rehab at a chiropractic clinic.

When I started Konquer Fit, I knew I had something to offer that was not in the market, which is an emphasis on form and movement. “Lifting Longevity” is something that I want to help all of my clients reach. Not only do I want my clients to crush their goals, but also move well so that they have the ability to lift for many years to come.

I have advanced knowledge in kinesiology and biomechanics, and also carry an ACE certification in Functional Movement, FMT taping and blading certifications from Rocktape, along with a sports nutrition certification from Action Personal training.

My ultimate goal is for you to love exercise and movement the way that I do. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, or to improve form, you have come to the right place. I will help you reach your goals pain and injury free.
